What should I bring to my tax appointment?

INCOME DOCUMENTS
Please provide evidence for any income received during the financial year:
Payment Summaries (if applicable – most are now sent directly to the ATO)
Lump Sum and Termination Payments
Employee Share Scheme Statements
Bank Interest Income
Dividend Statements (including reinvested dividends)
Annual Tax Statements from Managed Funds and ETFs
Share Purchases and Sales – include dates and amounts
Business Income and Expenses (if self-employed)
Foreign Income (pensions, investments, etc.)
Rental Property Income – include agent annual statements and details of expenses:

Motor Vehicle Expenses:

Please Note: Most employers now submit Income Statements directly to the ATO through Single Touch Payroll. McMillans can usually access these on your behalf.
